Learning with peers is a powerful way to become a conscious leader. I lead groups of 8-10 curious people who come together for monthly in-person and virtual meetings to practice the skills of conscious leadership, accelerate their learning, and share leadership challenges in a supportive and life-affirming way.

We draw on “The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership,” by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman and Kaley Klemp, as well as the work of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks and other experts in the field of conscious leadership. We develop our conscious community through regular meetings, moderated online boards and strong personal bonds among group members.

Understanding what motivates your team mates’ and drives their actions is an incredibly powerful tool for creating teams that are super connected and run smoothly and effectively.  The Enneagram, a system of nine ways of seeing the world, is a powerful tool for understanding yourself and your colleagues. I interview all of my individual clients to determine their type so I can more effectively coach them.  I also encourage leadership teams to harness this tool for deeper self-awareness. I also conduct Enneagram assessments for individuals and teams.
