Work With Me
CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP COACHING
Why work with an Executive Coach who focuses on Conscious Leadership?
Because you are ready to truly change. To stop fixing the same problems over and over. You’ve had enough of the pain, and you want help with the vision, the way out. You are looking for a coach to support you in those first steps — and beyond.
You’re smart, engaged and you’ve got a hunch that there’s something more to being a better boss, team mate and partner in all your relationships.
As your coach, I’ll help you assess where you are right now and how to shift from self-imposed limitations (even if it looks like something else) to unimagined possibility.
In Conscious Leadership, we focus on CONTEXT over CONTENT. It’s a paradigm shift. Do you know in every moment whether you are open and curious or closed and defensive? Do you reliably know how to shift into curiosity? And are you willing? Or is the old way of doing things still got you?
I work with clients who are highly motivated for success in all areas of life and are unafraid of the discomfort that comes with challenging their personal and workplace norms.
I’ll support you in seeing the blind spots that are holding your back (what your teammates are reacting to) and help you become more effective at work and easeful at home.
You can count on me to be your ally in your growth and gently challenge your beliefs about what’s possible. We’ll bring mindfulness to your day through simple practices that become as easy and natural as brushing your teeth and create clarity without losing your competitive edge.
Contact me and let’s talk about whether we’d be a good fit to work together.

CREATING A CONSCIOUS WORKPLACE
I work with innovative companies and teams that value shared vision, trust, open communication and continuous learning. Through conscious leadership, these innovators learn the tools to create the number one ingredient of the highest-performing teams: psychological safety.
We’ll use The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman and Kaley Klemp as our handbook for developing conscious culture within leaders and across teams. The best way to start is to bring me in for an off-site that covers the essentials of conscious leadership. Then we’ll focus on the hot problem for your team right now. That could include:
- stopping gossip
- delivering effective feedback or developing candor
- making agreements that stick
- creating curiosity
- or even exploring how you all like to play!
Day long offsites or multi-day programs introduce a framework of conscious leadership that allow people to more thoroughly learn the behaviors that create trust and build innovative and effective teams.
ENNEAGRAM PERSONALITY TYPING
Understanding what motivates your team mates’ and drives their actions is an incredibly powerful tool for creating teams that are super connected and run smoothly and effectively.
The Enneagram, a system of nine ways of seeing the world, is a powerful tool for understanding yourself and your colleagues.
I interview all of my individual clients to determine their type so I can more effectively coach them. I encourage leadership teams to harness this tool for deeper self-awareness. I also conduct Enneagram assessments for individuals and teams.
